Another event has gone by. Time flies! Can’t believe this annual event is already over. It’s been a blast and I was particularly happy with the level of participation this year! Of course, none of this would have been possible without you and without my wonderful co-host, Emily from The Flapper Dame! It’s lucky she hosted day one because, honestly, I just couldn’t have.
Reading your entries was a pure delight. I just LOVE reading stuff about Grace Kelly, see people pay tribute to her, understand her, the subtle and sensational (!) woman she was.
If you haven’t read them yet, here they are, one more time!

And funny anecdote: last night I dreamt I had become the new Princess of Monaco. Haha! Totally normal, you know. I was very distinguished and everybody was respecting me. Also, a bit like Grace Kelly, my husband the Prince was not very handsome. As a matter of fact, he kind of looked like John Lund who plays George in High Society. At one point, I was going to a hotel and when I arrived, the guy at the reception asked me: “Is it Mrs. or Miss?” To what I answered: “It’s Your Highness.” LOL I wish I could say that in real life (I’ll try to remember). I think watching The Swan yesterday and hosting this event had some kind of weird side effects on me!
Am I the only one??
I hope to see you all again next year for the 5th edition which will celebrate Grace’s 90th birthday!
If you haven’t subscribed to the 90 Years of Jean Simmons Blogathon that I’ll be hosting with Phyllis Loves Classic Movies, what are you waiting for?!
Also, stay around as I’ll soon be announcing another blogathon for February very soon! I’m quite excited about this one. Clue: this time, we’ll be honouring a man!
Thanks to you and Emily for hosting this.
